This production was a collaborative effort across the Tell network:
Tell Gulf worked closely with local organisers to embed regional identity, ensuring cultural relevance across visuals, fan moments, and in-venue presentation.
Tell UK led on core live production, deploying a lightweight, high-spec system tailored for fast-paced indoor sports.
Tell SEA produced the graphics package, integrating real-time stats, player profiles, and animated sequences across big screens, LED boards, and tunnel entrances.

Together, the team delivered seamless match coverage, dynamic visuals, and immersive fan engagement—from synced tunnel sequences to roaming wireless camera content and branded activations.

/highlights
Creating a visually unified matchday experience, where the player tunnel, LED boards, and big screen operated as a single storytelling canvas was a standout. Fan interactions such as selfie stations and MC-led live segments brought energy to the arena. Contributing to a historic final, and helping shape the visual and emotional tone of Qatar’s first win, added an extra layer of pride for the team.
/challenges
The production had to adapt to changing conditions across matchdays. Venue infrastructure varied, requiring flexible setups, from full control rooms to pitch-side flypacks. Equipment had to be lightweight and airline-ready due to regional travel restrictions. Language differences and varied operational standards across crews meant constant communication and agile thinking were essential.
/learnings
Cross-region collaboration was key. Lightweight, modular production systems performed strongly in diverse environments. Embedding local relevance, whether through visuals, music, or crowd interaction—significantly boosted the impact of the experience. And shared workflows across Tell’s international hubs proved crucial for delivering a technically smooth, culturally connected production.
